Employee Attendance Policy

Following are the analysis of organization rules that is required to design and Develop the system.

Working Shift of an employee may be change according to requirement of job. Details are as follows

Regular Shift (R) 9:30 am To 6:30 pm
Morning Shift (M) 6:00 am To 3:00 pm
Evening Shift (E) 3:00 pm To 11:00 pm
Night Shift (N) 11:00 pm To 6:00 am

Following Notations are applicable to mark the attendance.

Notation Detail Description
P Present Total working hours must be greater than or equal to 7.5 hours in a day.
H Half Day Total working hours must be greater than 5.5 hours and less than 7.5 hours in a day.
ANG Attendance Not Granted Total working hours less than 5.5 hours.
M Missing If employee did not swipe more than one (Single punch) in a day.
A Absent If employee did not swipe in a day (no punch).
WO Weekly off Set by authorized person
